I brought my brand new truck for it's very first oil change to this Jiffy Lube. It didn't have a single scratch on it...the paint job was still factory-flawless. The service Tech pulled the truck into the bay and promptly banged a dent into the driver's side door as he was getting out of the truck. BEWARE: They have a metal podium installed in the bay right where a door will hit the podium if they're not very careful. It wouldn't surprise me if this happens regularly.
