I gotta say this is one of the better experiences I've had at not just Jiffy Lube but any retail establishment. Kevin went above and beyond for me. Having battery issues with my car and he really looked our for me. Even drove in his own car to go to another shop to get a battery for me and honored the warranty.That's not just a good example of customer service but an even better example of humanity.
