Edited : the manager from fort sask location got back to me yesterday and they are willing to take a look into that for me. Thanks again. I didnt expect this at all but they shows that they are willing to help. I usually got oil change since i bought my car new from dealership as I really trust them. Never been to anywhere but I just got transmission and breake fluid service recently with other garage since Jiffylube can't replace these for me. They found out 4 bolts from skid plate were missing and without acknowledging me ... read more

They found out 4 bolts from skid plate were missing and without acknowledging me from Jiffylube that they were missing or i supposed they would not put them back properly so they fell off.
