Went here for an oil change cause I didn't have time to change it myself, 5000km later went to change the oil and the filter was on so tight I had to take it to a shop to get them to remove it. There's no reason that an oil filter should be on that tight. Never letting these hacks touch my car again
Had the oil changed on my Explorer and was impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, friendliness and accommodating manner of the staff. Sanjar was the lube technician rep in attendance and explained everything they were doing with suggestions for ongoing maintenance etc. Very good service.
My fist time here was super duper! The staff were polite and good at their jobs, and most importantly, they did not try to sell me a bunch of service I didn't need. They checked all my fluids, showed me samples, and said it looked good. They didn't try to tell me my brand new air filter needed to be replaced, they just changed my oil, did it quickly and I left.
