I previously was going to the jiffy lube over on north Gilbert rd. The last two times they’ve had issues. Their machine was down or they didn’t have the “oil” to service my car. Anyways they sent me to the baseline & Val Vista and I have to say I found my new location to go to! Great customer service. Wait time was very minimal. They reviewed everything with me and offered recommendations, loved how they didn’t press too much on selling. Overall will be going to this location from now on!
The jiffy lube on baseline and Val Vista is the only jiffy I will go-to due to the customer service I get every time, it's great. Thanks Scotty.
Been going there for at least 20 years Always had respectful and knowledgeable attendants.
