Took off the heat shield and didn't do it probably and left part of the shield hanging post oil change and it dragged along the roadway until I could get home. The team was also arguing the entire time I was there.

I have used this store on numerous occasions. They are always professional and pleasant. They explain everything so it's easy for me to understand. I am not a "car" person and I have to trust the people I am dealing with. I have total faith in their advice and would recommend them.
Amanda was absolutely amazing today! My wife went in because a light came on the dash, she showed her how to check for what the issue is and gave her the option to get only what was needed done! She congratulated her for our baby on the way and made sure to not charge us for anything we didn't need. Thank you, Amanda! Great service!
I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for years between my dealership appointments. I tend to change oil much more frequently than the car company recommends. Oil is cheap, engines aren't and it seems that every manufacturer has one or two engines that have trouble. Anyway, the staff at this Jiffy Lube is great. They get the job done and don't practice the hard sell. If they offer something I don't need, I tell them and they accept it without pressure. I hope they keep up the good work.
