Had a very odd day today and I came to this jiffy lube for and oil change and some help after the cops at the local rcmp station turned me away!! I explained the situation to the guys and they went above and beyond to help me while making me feel seen and feel safe in their care ! These guys did an incredible oil change and helped give me peace of mind ! 10/10 recommend coming to this location if you want quality work and a team who cares about you !
Pretty disappointing and misleading experience. When I arrived, they checked my car and told me they didn’t carry my usual oil, so they’d use full synthetic instead. I specifically asked how much more it would cost, and was told clearly: $25 extra than what i paid last time. Fine, not ideal, but I agreed. After the service, the bill came out to over $55 more. Really appreciate the guy Cole for guiding me the right way otherwise with the last two times my previous mechanic was using more thicker oil which was not suggested for the vehicle at all .Great experience with the all team as well .Pretty nice behaviour and all of them are knowledgeable.Thankyou.
