This is my 2nd time at Jiffy lube Airdrie location and the owner is super honest and not aggressive with sales and it's always been pleasant to deal with. However, I had my oil change today Oct 16, 2025 and was a little confused and disappointed to realize my oil life is at 40% and a sticker says my next oil change is due in 3000 km (125,000+) for a Honda 2011 CRV (with current mileage at 122,627) and I paid for a Platinun full synthetic oil package and it should be at least next 5000 to 8000kms on full synthetic oil. If the mechanic or technician could stop sauntering around like he could give two bits maybe people could understand the wait. Slacker, at least the one I was qued up to. Left after 15 min. Absolutely no hop in his step. Never again
Had gotten my car serviced at another location but they ran out of brake lights which was last thing I needed so I came to Jiffy Lube! Called to confirm had them which they did. They were prompt and fast in fixing and replacing them and actually charged me half of what I was quoted by other mechanic making me regret getting service done at other spot! Will come here again for my future car service!
