This review concerns the Jiffy Lube at XXXXX ***** ROAD **** STE * AUSTIN, TX For the second time in the last two years after a Jiffy Lube oil change my Ford F150 is leaking oil. The first time this happened I took it to the Ford dealership and they determined that the yellow oil plug wasn't seated properly causing the leak. This time it is leaking from the same location so I took it to Ford again and they determined that it is the same issue.
