Unethical predatory sales practice! I sent my teenage son up their to get an oil change and get his car inspected. He calls me later to say it cost $223. They completely upsold him on bogus stuff. They told him he needed $50 windshield wipers to pass inspection, which he did not in my opinion from prior inspection. They also told him he needed the air cabin filter and the engine filter replaced to the tune of an additional $80 for both. First of all I had one heater hose installed they charged me for a lower radiator hose 350.00 a ac delco replacement hose is 35.86. They replaced a vent hose from the coolant reservoir to the engine a 4ft hose 3/8 they used a fuel line hose the charge 170.00 4 foot fuel line hose is about 12.00 if this isn?t a rip-off I don?t know what is I wouldn?t bring my lawnmower there to get fixed the rip off hard working people thinking they can get there car fixed for a reasonable price

After taking my car to the location in Saint Peter's, my tent was ripped off and my windshield was cracked. The store came out and took pictures and After almost 2 weeks I finally got in contact with them and the general manager Chris Stated that they do not crack windshields and the state highway patrol deems windshield Saint illegal and that they are allowed to use an apparatus to remove tent at any cost. This company is trash! They put about half the needed oil into my wife's car. Then she drove from Wisconsin to Rhode Island. The car started to shudder and run very rough. Thankfully I caught it soon enough. These people will not even respond at all about what happened. I hope they get a civil suit over all the bad reviews I'm reading about them on this site. They don't even deserve the 1 star I had to give...

I am Retired Military.. Went to Jiffy Lube on Dunn Ave for a quick oil change in Sep 2021. First they put the blackest oil from a container than I've ever seen. Left and heard dragging. They only put two of the six screws in my skid plate covering the engine. Went back 10 days ago when a friend discovered my skid plate was loose...found out they put zip ties instead of the original bolts. Now my skid plate is damaged and they refuse to replace repair it. Hello I went and had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube. It was cold I did not want to lay on the ground. I went and got it all change this spring because normally I change my oil. I cannot get the bolt off because they tore it down. I will not be using their services anymore and I do not recommend anybody using their services in the future.

I was at the Aliante location. There was a string in f cars waiting for Service. After 30 minutes, two of us walked up to see if anyone was inside and he was sitting there surfing the net on his phone. We asked why he didn?t call any of us to move up and his response was, all you need to do was pull in. So for 30 minutes, he said on his behind and did nothing and could care less about customers. This was horrible customer service.

The worst situation I've ever endured, my engine overheated due to low oil pressure. Days before jiffy lube had reassured me there are no leaks, or any mechanical issues causing low oil pressure. If your ever right in this situation please go about the law correctly. Only time I've ever seen communication become a burden. Very unprofessional

Broke my vehicles oil pan and will not claim responsibility. They will not reimburse for the oil change which caused the damage or the repair charges.
