I personally feel the stuffs are not in synch. Everyone talks on different directions.
They upsold synthetic oil over just standard oil, they asked if I wanted synthetic, I said no standard, regular. They said no and gaslit me. So I paid $130 for an oil change, instead of my typical $76 from Mr. Lube. Synthetic oil is NOT regular oil - it is a higher quality. Stop taking advantage of people.
Went on a productive whim Got me in within minutes, changed our oil, radiator fluid, topped up my washer fluid and fixed my tire pressure. Tech was very polite and helpful while understanding of my desire to keep the baby asleep and as such keeping my driver window up for most of the visit.
