Been coming to Jiffy Lube for years. Ive always been treated fairly and respectfully. This time I felt like I was being taken advantage of. The mechanic was trying to overcharge me for an oil change by asking for an extra $10 for coolant (which should be included) and claimed my brake lights were out when they weren't. I was charged $7.49 for shop supplies, not sure if thats normal, maybe it is, but that also seemed different from last time I got my oil changed.
