Very poor service, didn't do anything but the oil change, no tire pressure no inspection no lube. Tried to pass off an old diffy lube plate as mine with only one spot on a 4x4. Took way longer than usual. They would not change the fuel filter either, now I'll have to make a dealer appointment to get that done, so there is no sense in going to Jiffy Lube ever again.
I waited about 10-15 minutes and was next in line for an oil change when an employee asked me to move to a different bay because a customer behind me needed tires. Moving bays would have put me at the back of another line. When I noticed the other bay was occupied by a commercial truck that was waiting for approval before any work could begin, I asked if my oil change could be completed while they waited. Worst service. Four people working on one persons car. While my car. sat on the hoist sounding like the air was leaving the hoist with one tire off.
