Stopped to get my oil changed was told would take approximately 10 minutes an hour later they still are not done it couldn’t have had anything to do with them skateboarding or biking in the bay instead of working then tried to say that my van was a difficult vehicle to replace the oil filter on. Now being married to a mechanic for 16 years and have turned a wrench myself I’m not sure if I should feel insulated or annoyed with their excuses. I will never come here again!

I recently visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change and a cover gasket replacement. The service was professional, and the staff explained what needed to be done in a clear way. I appreciate the efficient work. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the oil change and labor were a little overpriced. However, with coupons, the total cost was reasonable. Overall, I’m satisfied and would return for future maintenance.
Came in for an oil change to have a leak and my tire check out. It's a Fleet vehicle for Terminix and I was told that I would have to come back tomorrow as their tire guy is not in. I'm sorry but I'm not gonna come back another day. I have a busy schedule to keep up, I shouldn't have to come back another day to have a problem fixed.
