Today I visited Jiffy Lube on Thorold Stone rd in Niagara Falls for an oil change. I had a little bit of a wait but no big deal. Once inside I was greeted with professionalism by a polite employee. Listening to the guys working on my vehicle hitting their benchmarks reassured me that they didn’t miss anything. I felt comfortable with their work and the time it took to finish the job. Quick & efficient
Overly expensive, poor service, for cabin filter charged 50 plus taxes for toyota camry 2017, where as maximum price is 20 dollars even 15 dollars too. The staff forces and convinces you to change cabin and air filters. Did not perform services what they mentioned on the final receipt . Not recommended, super expensive and extremely poor service.
Make sure they have put oil in your car before they ask you to start it . I was asked to start my car after the gentleman thought his fellow employee filled it . We'll we herd a quick yell "turn it off it has no oil in it yet !"... and everyone kinda went quiet as the employees all looked at each other in amazement.. . You boys had One job .. SMH . communication is key in the work space .
