I just got an oil change here today for my Buick Regal, good experience :) all workers were calm and diligent even when there are lots of customers . No rushing . That made me happy . They Checked air filter, checked coolant and wiper fluids , checked wipers, washed windshield ,Aired up my tires a bit at request . All was good. Everyone was very polite Thanks very much! 😊
I had the best possible experience today at the Niagara Falls location. Each and every staff member was involved in helping me. Not only did they change my oil and filter, they took the time to assess and fix my headlights for me. The amount of stress relief is immeasurable. Thank you, thank you so much! Make sure they have put oil in your car before they ask you to start it . I was asked to start my car after the gentleman thought his fellow employee filled it . We'll we herd a quick yell "turn it off it has no oil in it yet !"... and everyone kinda went quiet as the employees all looked at each other in amazement.. . You boys had One job ..
