I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube. Mechanic “Tyler” went above and beyond - my skid plate was making noise underneath, and instead of suggesting a full replacement (which would’ve cost around $200), Tyler found a smart way to fix it. He saved me money and did an amazing job. Truly appreciate the honesty and skill Tyler is the best!
