I was very sad to see no employees wearing masks. It took an hour for my oil change. I wasn’t told until after they had to order a filter from somewhere else it would be a while. Then my oil light came on when I was leaving. Another filter had to be ordered. Everyone was nice but it was not a good experience. I will choice to go to another jiffy lube next time.I’m still concerned my oil wasn’t changed right

Pulled in at 6:35 to get my oil changed, guy informed me that they are “shutting down and can’t do it”. They close at 7:00. There was ample time to change my oil.
This jiffy is awesome! Everyone knew what they were doing, they were quick and tidy, and even gave helpful car advice! Evan is fantastic!
