RecommendedI recommend the Jiffy Lube in Sedalia, MO on Broadway. Exceptional Customer Service! We were on our way to an out of town trip and needed to get our oil changed. I figured it would take 30 minutes to an hour to get completed. The entire ordeal was less than 15 minutes!! Not only were they quick, they treated us like Royalty! Held the doors open, told us to make ourselves at home, gave us the password for free wifi, worked as a team, and asked us EXACTLY what kind of service WE wanted. RecommendedI highly recommend this place! They are excellent at customer service and quick with the oil change. They even held the door open when I entered the building, when I left, and when I entered my vehicle. THAT’S definitely one of the common Southern norms that I miss. 😉 Thank you!
They put an oil filter on my car that didn’t even fit my cars model. I would not suggest ever going there.
