I went there the other day all they were concerned with was selling me, they didn't even put a sticker on my car for next visit so I know they didn't check my brake light which they're supposed to.... I got pulled over because it was out.... I thought because I had just left this establishment that my car was legit... Worst customer Service ever. I suggest the company be shut down.
Had car serviced here for 1st time after buying...everything seemed fine until it snowed...that was when we found out that the skid plate on my Fiat was being held in place by zip ties...Someone at JL broke the head off the nut holding the skid plate on and didn’t bother telling us...so, in addition to the $275 we paid for the JK service I paid an additional $38 to have new screws installed to hold up the skid plate.
Had a Jiffy Lube coupon from the computer and I was told their system was not set up for it. I have used the same coupon in the past.
The price went from $57 to $79 since last oil change. They didn't check my tire pressures, vacumn or wash the windows, which is supposed to be part of the service. If they didn't do the things that are obvious, then what didn't they do under the vehicle that I couldn't see.
