The staff were AMAZING and knowledgeable! The waiting area was clean!!! The front desk staff and car technician were wonderful. They each explained the service my car needed and didn’t pressure me into getting it today. I am thankful for the FREE vacuuming area!! I definitely recommend and I will be taking my car back to this location again! Thanks again! 😊

I am a monthly member and Hudson Hoffman is by far the worst!!! My car never comes out clean. I tipped today, hoping to get my around my wheels some extra washing and I was told no problem Ma’am, we will take care of you.... yeah well, I went through and they didn’t touch them. I didn’t have the time nor patience at this point to go back through. This place really needs an upgrade and people who actually like their job and a smile once in a while wouldn’t hurt either.
I'll never in my life will I use Hoffmans again. First off the mat holder wasnt holding my mat. Second off I was washing my car then bam the hose broke open and I got soaked head to toe where you could ring out my clothing. From the pressure of the water that came out of the hose now I have a blister on my hand from it and my glasses almost broke. Highly dissatisfied with this place now its always something wrong at that place 393 Fairview ave Hudson ny����
