RecommendedLast year I came in for an oil change and the battery died on my truck. Nick went above and beyond to make sure that my truck got jumped off and we made it home. We see him every single time we come back and he always remembers. He even asks how my grandmother and husband are. Best service ever
They told me I needed a full engine flush because the motor oil was goopy. A little googling told me most cars never actually need a flush.
No customer service not even friendly. I brought my own Amsoil in And I was still charged full price for a regular oil change. Don’t waste your time on this place nobody cares
They charged my wife for the most expensive service without even talking to her. They also put leaves onto her air filter and tell her that they weren’t allowed to put it back in looking like that and that she would have to buy a new filter! I’ll be in to their store tomorrow to speak with them! This husband ain’t happy!!!!
My mother went in for an oil change, and without any discussion of cost, was urged to select the most expensive service possible. Mind you she hasnt had to change oil in 15 years, as she's recently widowed. When I brought it up to the manager, she lied to me about the interaction, while also blaming my mother. At that point a $20 credit was offered dir our next visit.The bank has frozen the charge and is investigating due to poor business practice.
They lost our proof of insurance. Said they put it in our vehicle with inspection paper. Only got inspection paper. Said they couldnt do anything about it. Not ever going back to this place. I should have read the reviews before I went there. I suggest you all do the same. This place has more turnover than the the Cleveland Browns offense.
Best staff and service. Fast and friendly. recommend them everytime!
