realized that they NEVER changed my oil. I paid for a service and they literally didn't change the oil but somehow turned the sensor OFF.
I received a presidents day email for 25% off you total invoice at this location. I had an oil change and the air filter changed. They would not honor their own location coupon. I also wanted the tires rotated, but both this time and the time before they didn't have the proper equipment. They gave me $12.75 off my invoice. If you can't honor your coupons, or provide services you offer, there is no reason to bring any of my vehicles to your store.
