I have been a customer of this location for at least 15 oil changes. I asked the man who met me at my vehicle if just for once they could not bring every piece of my vehicle to me telling me that it needs to be changed (air filter, etc). I told him that all I wanted was a simple oil change, and he said no. Additionally, the door to the customer waiting area was not even open at 8:20 AM and he proceeded to walk around so that he could open it for me. They open at 8:00am. So, I left.
