went in today to get a oil change then on way home notice car smoking horribly from the exhaust pulled over called a buddy we checked it out and they way overfilled the oil. It was actually running into the exhaust. so we drained some of the oil out and it doesn't even look like they drained it all the way as the oil is still way dark.
Everyone is so professional, courteous, polite, always helpful and friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. Always make the trip here to have care to my car where I am comfortable with service provided.
This was my first visit for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2016 Tiguan. I was surprised that there was a higher charge for tire rotation because the wheels on the VW are more difficult to remove. But the boys were polite, helpful and very fast. I was there less than half hour. When I had this service done at the dealership it took over an hour.
