RecommendedToday my car broke down, and coasted into the parking lot of Jiffy Lube. Bob, & Jesse went above and beyond coming out and helping me figure out the problem, they tested my battery. Super helpful. Didn't make me feel like a jerk for waiting so long between oil changes and found a huge issue that could have caused major damage. Definitely will go there again.
I actually really liked this location, have brought my car in several times. One of the things I really like about Jiffy Lube is that in between oil changes they will do free top offs. My car within the last 6 months has developed a small leak somewhere with the coolant that requires me to check it a little more frequently. Never had an issue. Today I pulled up and they let me know that I now need to pay for coolant, that they no longer include it in top offs. Made me pay for my top off. Turns out even the website says that ... read more
Oh I’m impressed!!! Took less than 20 minutes. The people at jiffy lube were so polite! They pointed out where the coffee, water, and bathrooms were. Bob the boss was so friendly. They vacuumed and washed my windows even! Great customer service! I’ve changed my oil changing place from now on.
