I remembered how professional the Yorkville location was last time I had an oil change. Fast forward to today when I’m in Yorkville goodwill and come outside to dead car. No one in parking lot had cables so I thought....I’ll call Jiffy Lube and see if they could help. Sure enough, guy zoomed over and jumped it. I drove straight to Jiffy Lube for new battery and oil change which was very overdue. Thanks guys!!!!

the fender of my 2017 vehicle was pulled off and found inside of the car wash. the vehicle has been brought back to the location, pictures were taken, but no one has followed up. I’ve called several times and talked to several employees on site. They claim they can’t help but that their boss would call me back about it. It has been almost one month and I have not received a single call or response to what I am to do with over $220 worth of damage to my vehicle. owner is unresponsive about the issue.

I did not appreciate the tearing through my car looking for something without being asked. Loved it when things fell out of the door when I got my car back. Also loved that prices were not up front on everything. After calling in the evening of when I had the service done I was promised a call back. Guess who has not called now in 3 days? Guess who will not go back there? Myself and anyone who ever mentions needing any type of service they provide.
Had my SEC 560 springs changed to lower the car. Turned out exactly like I wanted. Looks great!
Great job , all were professional thanks for taking care of the Stanley security van !!!
They are pretty expensive. The waiting food is nice and clean. They were not very helpful when I tried to use an online coupon. I probably won't be going back.
