Screwed up my wipers – I took my car in for an oil change and had them change my wipers at the same time. When I went to use the windshield wiper, the passenger side wiper blade arm was moving all hurky-jurky. Upon closer inspection, it is apparent that the guys at Jiffy Lube completely broke the fastener that holds the windshield wiper's motor and keeps it from moving when the wipers move. Amazing Oil Change Experience! – Let's face it, nobody likes to get their oil change. But it has to be done. Why not do it at a place that knows what they are doing, has a near sterilely clean environment and has genuinely friendly employees. You'll sure get lubed there! – These guys always made me feel like I needed to be on-guard with them for some reason and I always rechecked everything after I left. I never left my car with them - and then my gut feel was confirmed on my second time there. I never do anything other than just the standard $19 oil change, and when they did the light check, they told me my reverse lights were out. jiffy lube is not to be trusted! DON'T EVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! – Basically, I took my car there for an oil change, the next day, I drove it to Canada, the radiator cap wasn't tight, the car over heated and fried it's engine - I had to leave the car in canada because the thing wasn't worth fixing it was so fried. Jiffy Lube has cameras so you can see the service that is being performed, but the cameras are behind the person who is doing the work on the engine so you really can't see anything.
