They were so unprofessional and rude at this location. The guy who comes up to your car to ask what services you need was very short with us and walked away before we were done talking. The whole service took about 10 minutes and they didn’t even check everything that’s in the routine oil change. When they were done they told us to pull out of the bay and then walked away. In the past I’ve gone to this Jiffy Lube and never been very satisfied so I was reluctant to come in today but I really needed to get in for a top off as something wasn’t quite right with my vehicle. The tech that helped me today, Elijah, was awesome and totally figured out the problem topped off all my fluids explained to me what had probably happened and now my car is working fantastic!
The guys were all very nice and knew what they were doing. The place was clean and I was in & out in a jiffy!!!
Waited nearly an hour before they even got it in a bay. The guy helping me was trying to be friendly, but after waiting that long, please just let me tell you which services I want done without telling me everything that is wrong with someone else's car...
They wrecked my car and would not take credit for it. Damaged the alarm and other issues. Don't go.
