Will never use Jiffy Lube again. Brought my brand new Camaro in for an oil change, not only did all 6 dirty workers have to sit in the drivers seat, but when one of them got out they bashed my door off the building and cracked the paint. The only thing they can say is call the owner......but wont give the number. Not only are they not qualified to tie their own shoes, and they cant even own up to a mistake everyone watched happen! I have contacted corporate......with no response. I will spread the word to everyone I know!
I've been coming here for years and trust that I would not get taken advantage of. After my last visit last week I was told I needed my brake light replaced. I've gotten it replaced many times before at this Jiffy Lube but this time I decided to have my friend do it for me. I ended up finding out my brake light was working just fine. Not only did they try to make me pay for something I didn't need, they also didn't vacuum my car which was part of the signature deal.
