I had planned to go to the local Hyn--i dealership for a radiator drain and refill service then have an oil change done at the Elk Grove Jiffy Lube. It took more than 15 minutes standing around waiting for a dealership service writer to assist me for an appointment I'd arranged the previous week. While waiting the desk 'service members' studiously avoided making eye contact while failing to have the courtesy to acknowledge or offer a greeting.
