They did $400 damage to my wife's vehicle by over tightening the oil filter. I have called them 4 times in the last 3 weeks. They keep telling me that their District manager will call me back... still waiting. I had to take the vehicle to the dealership to get it fixed.

Lost the cover to the cabin filter and couldn’t figure out how install the gasket on the oil filter.
This place has horrible customer service. They do not explain anything clearly to the customer in person or on the phone. If they explain what their oil changes include my wife would have got the proper oil change. But now I have to go and pay more money to have her car re done. At this point I don’t even know if they have an ASE training or certifications. From this point on I will never give Jiffy Lube my business.
