When I had my oil changed my oil cap was not put back on my engine. I got a check engine light looked under the hood and saw that it was gone. I called my Jiffy Lube and was told to have my car towed over and they would have a replacement cap for me and would do a free oil change. I had my car towed in and was told that the manager I talked to that morning must have lied to me, that there was no way they would do either of those things. My wife brought her car in today to your location, we have a 2004 neon srt-4. You guys changed the oil the last time it was serviced. She goes in there and the people tell her they can't change her oil because the drain plug is too tight. It's too tight because your inept employees don't now their head from a hole in the ground and over tightened it last time.
