charge way to much! I could buy the stuff for my own oil change 4 times for what I was charged for 1 oil change! I say go to Hermiston chevron oil lube and express and pay 1/3 the price will not be back!
I stopped in after work, half an hour before they closed. The guy who greeted me at my vehicle was so friendly yet super professional! They did their initial inspection and everything looked good. They didn't try to upsell, the staff were all super fantastic. I have never had such a pleasant experience getting my oil changed. I will be back to this one every time I need an oil change!
Took my car to Jiffy Lube on 10th & 395 two weeks ago. Paid top dollar for synthetic oil. My lifters start knocking. Hubby checks oil and it's old and worn out. They didn't actually even change my oil at all! The oil was so bad he actually thinks they probably did the same thing on the oil change before that. We've had other bad experiences with Jiffy charging for work they didn't perform. Will NEVER do business with them again. Beware.
We stopped by Jiffy Lube randomly on a road trip with a small bump. A plastic part underneath the front of our vehicle had come loose due to severe weather. All we wanted was advice if it was ok to continue, instead they screwed the part back in for us FOR FREE. Those guys are awesome and we are grateful and back on the road!
It was alright until I started noticing weird things, and then when I was getting my oil changed before heading out of town day before notice all screws off from air filter so husband tightened them and I asked him to plz check if filter was even in there so he opened and guess what shit u not I had been driving around all this time with no f n air filter,they broke pieces off. I told them I would never be back!!!!!
Got an oil change with Andres today and the guys at jiffy lube found a live rabbit under the skid plate of the car! Haha was an interesting and fun trip today! There is a first for everything!
Very polite service men. Hate going through all the recs though. Too long.
