I came in for a conventional oil change and was told I had a sticker under my hood that said I required a full synthetic which was $40 more. They said without that I would void my warranty. I left and drove down the street to the car dealership to inquire as I'd never been told that before and this wasn't my first oil change. The dealer confirmed this was bot correct and I could get a conventional oil change. They also said there is no sticker under the hood.

On a road trip from GA to SD. Stopped in to have an oil change and differential fluid topped off. They also replaced my air filter and fog light. TJ was great. Teressa is quick, efficient and funny. I haven't been able to use Jiffy Lube since I moved 7 years ago. Austin was a gentleman and held my car door for me. Thanks for the great service
Horrible .... oil change and $10 off Replaced 2 windshield wipers my total was $109.54. When I said I didn't no I would get them at auto-zone. He said I have a rare kind of windshield wipers we only have one in stock . I'm like mhmm ok I guess. They didn't have the back one so I had to get from the dealership . I asked them.... jiffy lube charged me 36 ONE the dealership couldn't believe it they sell a set for $28 ... They also told me here is a free coupon book for ur next visit I was charged $1 #scams
