I took my car to Jiffy Lube on Tamiami Trail in Punta Gorda. When I checked my oil it was down a quart and black as coal. How many people have been scammed by this Jiffy Libe?
So a friend was charged $100 for cab and air filter. THEY WERE NOT CHANGED.... we are gonna visit tomorrow.....

My Dad went there with his '14 Dodge Avenger. Went in with NO LIGHTS on the dash. Came out with the oil lamp flickering, and a check engine light. My Dad called them right away and they said they would take care of it for free. Went back, was told it's not a free fix, something else was wrong and want to charge him 200 to fix it. Took it to Dodge today, was told wrong oil filter was installed and impeding the oil galleys to provide the proper oil flow. Now Jiffy lube is claiming they couldn't of installed the wrong filter. I bought a 2001 Lincoln Navigator on Ebay in April. I took the SUV in for an oil change and Mike identified I only had 10% brakes in the front, it only cost a $100, for the brakes and my review of the brake pads indicated they were extremely low. Mike suggested I watch the Air suspension as these vehicles are known to have problems and suggested I might want to switch to regular shocks if I have probelms.
