I went to Jiffy Lube in Hampton Virginia, a few months ago to have the oil changed on my 2018 Mazda CX-9. Before I left there the tech didn't know how to turn off the "Oil Change" light in my SUV, my husband had to pull the manual out of the glove compartment and look it up for her. Also, the sticker that should have said change the oil in 5000 miles, said change oil at 110,620, miles. I only had 13,000 miles on it when I took it there. They will over charge for an extra amout of oil that your car doesnt need. I paid for an amount up to 5 quarts and they were trying to charge me for an extra 0.9 qts. Everywhere i have looked it says the max capacity is 5 qts. Even the dealership doesnt put over 5 qts. The manager said he refused to put less than 5 qts in it only because they want me to pay extra on top of what i have paid. I will never be coming back to an auto service place like this again. I'm from the West Coast and I guess we're a little spoiled there because the Jiffy Lube is usually top of the line but this one was pretty dirty and Didn't have drinks but the service is fast
