Went for an oil change. Sat for an hour only to find out that someone had locked the keys on my car and didn’t tell me. I will never go back there again
My son is now stranded 200 miles away from home because Jiffy Lube on W. Mercury Blvd. changed his oil and didn't replace the cap properly. Transmission is gone. No rental cars in the town. About to miss work for the second day. Jiffy Lube not responding.
Took the car for an oil change, paid $70 plus dollars, to end up breaking down on highway to find out that car has NO oil whatsoever. CLEARLY someone drop the ball, called to notify them... no one responds, really? ... it is sad that nowadays NO ONE wants to take accountability for their actions. Personally, if you mess up, say some something and fix it, but no. Instead you want to play dumb like you don't know what happened... really, that is how you run your business????
