I’ll keep it brief since I’ve posted elsewhere and contacted corporate. Got my oil changed, they forgot to put the cap back on, the burning smell I was smelling was my engine because oil was everywhere but inside my engine(please see *forgot to cap*). Their technicians are careless and just save yourself the frustration and possible engine issues I am, and go somewhere else.

Total lack of respect for paying customers. Take your business anywhere but Jiffy Lube. Employee at Lynchburg location on Old Forest Road told me that “he’d had just about enough of me” — then I heard from the franchisee, telling me to “take my business elsewhere”. If this is how you treat your customers I hope that you go out of business. You deserve to.
I visited this location earlier today . The staff was incredibly friendly ! Especially Gabe ( I think that’s his name.) Great customer service

I had an oil gasket replaced, I requested the Synthetic Penzoil for my oil change, had my headlight covers cleaned like new, all fluids checked, added, air . It was quick and the Staff was friendly and professional. And then I got on the road with some peace af mind. $105.41. Not Bad.

Very professional staff, no pressure to upsell, didn't take long, despite half a dozen in waiting room.
Fast and friendly. My son got treated nice. We were given candy and just brief suggestions about service. My change oil light still on but I'm headed to get that fixed. Overall it was nice and worth it.
