these people are a joke!!! said my oil change was going to be over 115$ because i had European oil..... funny jiffy lube down the road didn't say the same thing.....

Service has gotten better here over the years. Antinette was very informative in explaining everything about our car, our fluids etc. Never had such an informative oil change before. Tony the manager, was very informative and interactive with us as well. Never knew what fuel hurl was. He explained it to me and let me know donations are sent to the breast cancer foundation. This was a very pleasant experience

Went there today for a basic oil change and they tried to charge me $80+. I told them no and said that I would go somewhere else, then they told me I had no oil in the vehicle since they drained it. Essentially left me stuck, so I told them that they better find the bare minimum for my car, which still ended up being $50. Luckily, I found a $10 off coupon online so it ended up being $40. Sears Auto charges $19.99 but unfortunately they were booked today. Should have waited til Monday. Bad business practices.
I’m not a fan of posting negative things, but I couldn’t let this one go! I’ve had 2 oil changes at this location, and both times I had to return because my vehicle was leaking oil! Definitely my last time! If you go there make sure you check under your vehicle the next day! SMDH!
Over priced, under trained. Brought a civic in for an oil change. Left with too much oil in the engine and no trans fluid. Cost me 1500$ to get a trans. No call back from a manager or anything. They tried to brush it under the rug. I kept calling and they would say managers not here or he will call you back. Nothing from corporate. Will never go here again. And I highly advise against using jiffy lube and their under trained crap mechanics. Go to savannah tire. Much better.
Car service was awesome. Waiting room needs improvements. A tv would be nice or even wifi access....
