RecommendedThese guys are awesome. James went over with my teen driver how not to get scammed. Gave her a quick education of when and why to service her vehicle. Didn’t try to oversell us stuff we didn’t need just did what we asked. The whole staff worked together and we were in and out quickly.

I have always had a great experience, but today was one of the best due to an employee, I believe his name was Justice. Superb customer service skills. Even though I live closer to the Commercial one, I will come to this one from now on.

Horrible people. Will get you killed with their shoddy work then lie about the "free oil change" you were supposedly given for the shoddy work. Avoid this place at all costs. They hire incompetent employees and the owner is a lying POS
The entire crew at the Jiffy Lube in Salem are just totally awesome. They showed me the problems with my car before doing the repairs. The labor for my brake job and a new control arm didn't even cost that much. I had a serious problem with my car and I could barely even get it down the road. Les Schwab couldn't figure it out, but Jiffy Lube did and they fixed my car. When I have a choice of choosing a mechanic, I'm going to go to Jiffy Lube every time now.
