I came in, waited 45 min, was told that I still had plenty of miles left before I needed one. I told them I was going on a long trip and wanted to do it anyways before I left. I could over hear one of the guys talking about me like I was an idiot saying there are plenty of miles and that they didn't care that I was wasting my money. These guy's are horrible!!! I am an older woman who recently had my oil changed there (2nd time-first time they cracked my windshield). On my way to Portland, my van began shaking violently. Had to have it towed to the dealership. Was later told that although I had an oil leak in the gasket where they put on the oil filter, they (according to the trained mechanic) had failed to put enough oil in my van, and therefore, I had run out of oil in a matter of weeks. Don't bully your customers into getting more services done when they are just there for an oil change. its rude and very unprofessional. Ask them if they would like to hear about any other offers, and if they say no leave them alone.
