Went to get an oil change (my first time, and last time to go there) And would NEVER recommend. Was all done and took it home..parked it and the next day oil has spilled on the driveway. Come to find out the plug is STRIPPED n came off...called them ( gave me the run around (of course) and said something about "oh because I drove it and the pressure in the oil pan blew it off) oh...ok???.and it must be bad plug.
