Red carpet service! My daughter and I were greeted by two gentlemen with all smiles on their face. Three guys were on it immediately checking everything. Out within 30 minutes. Jeff the manger was great, no pressure with purchasing recommended services and Paul the tech was great too! I would highly recommend this jiffy lube location.
They apparently did not fill my car back up with oil when changed, Oil light came on in the next 25 miles travel. I had to stop and buy oil to get back home. They did not help when I went back and they blamed it on some imaginary leak which no one could show me. Don't go there!
I have been going to this Jiffy Lube for years. The past few times I have gone they have been getting more and more pushy. The most recent time was the last straw. They use scare tactics to try to get you to upgrade products. The guy practically told me I would be lucky if my car started when I left if I didn't pay $29.99 for an engine cleaning.
