RecommendedI love coming to this Jiffy Lube. Being a girl, it’s always super stressful to take my car anywhere because I’m worried they’re gonna try to hustle me. The guys here are super helpful and explain everything to me and I trust them. And they always help me find the best deal so I’m not spending a million dollars. And yes, my oil changes are a lot because of the synthetic oil, but they always give me a deal. Thanks you guys!!

Jiffy Lube damaged my car - which had to be towed to the shop - and did not reimburse me. I will never take my cars to this business ever again and neither will any of my friends, or their friends. A prompt apology and full reimbursement for damages would have prevented me from writing such a negative review, but they don't care about their reputation or customer service.
I got a groupon for a synthetic oil change. They didn’t have my oil filter so the tech said I could wait an hour+ to get one or go get one and bring it back. I got one for $22.99+tax and came back. They gave me a $3.00 credit for me bringing my own filter in. WTH?? How is that right? The guy was nice & said that’s just how they do it. I told him if I’d known that ahead of time I’d have waited. That’s ridiculous!
They have horrible management at this location, changes work orders so they keep their jobs and get rid of people who work hard and do their jobs correctly.. sad to see this store go to shit..
THEY RUINED MY BRAND NEW CAR !!!!!! People are PATHETIC scam artists and untalented jokes! I took my BEAUTIFUL flawless 2011 vehicle into get an oil change and when they told me my coolant was low and that they charge $70 to refill there, I told him I would buy it myself somewhere else and take care of it. Then after they serviced the car and brought it through they said hey we decided to just fill your coolant for free , there's no charge don't worry about it. Hey Jiffy Lube. It always seems to me that whenever I take my car in to you, something goes wrong the next day. You kind of seem like the mob sabotaging my car is I don't do what you want me to. For instance, I got my oil changed yesterday, refusing some of the services offered as I didn't need them, and this morning my back right tire is flat. What the hell?
I'd give them a zero if I could. We brought our car in last yr to get our oil changed and the technician failed to replace the cap resulting in catastrophic damage. The company refused to pay for any repairs but promised us a free oil change next time. What a great deal, right?!? Obviously we've been hesitant to bring our new car in, but decided we'd give Jiffy Lube one more shot. To my surprise they kept no record of our free oil change.
