Seriously jiffy lube! Sent my daughter to get her first vehicle inspection while away at college, not only did they convince her she needed an oils change, broke her hood piece but also charged her 75$ for oil and filter...yes, you’ll not only hear from me, but I’ll call you out for taking advance of a first timer and no doubt a female! I’ll take the blame for not teaching her to be more distrustful. Lesson learned, guess where she won’t be back...except to replace the part you broke!

Took my F350 for a state inspection and was told the GVWR was higher than the max they can handle of 6500 lbs. For the last 12 years the same branch did inspections on either a Nissan Armada and a F250 truck both with GVWR in excess of 6500 lbs..We have 3 vehicles that we have taken for years to the same branch but never again.
I had my car inspected on 6/20 at the W.T. Harris - Charlotte location. The next day, my battery was dead and I had to call AAA. As it turns out, they left my lights on and my hood partially unlatched during inspection. I contacted the location the next day, and they said the manager would call me back. I followed up, and they said he'd call back at 9, but he never did.I contacted Jiffy Lube customer service, who said the franchisee would contact me within three days.… See more
I was the 3rd person there yesterday morning and only needed an inspection. I left 2.5 hours later. Almost Everyone else who came in after me left before me, and had oil change in addition to state inspection, etc. ridiculous much?
Jiffy Lube is very expensive $73.00 for a high mileage oil change. I will never be going to Jiffy Lube again.
