Took my recently purchased BMW X3 in for an oil change. Pull off the lot and the car is sputtering. Take it back in and they said it needs coil packs and gasket cover. Well $1500 later and my car is totaled. Had it towed to BMW. Mechanics confirmed that none of the repairs were done properly. Literally has bolts and seals missing form the gasket cover replacement.
