The most unprofessional place I have ever had my oil changed. They have no idea what they’re doing. The lady was swinging a rag around telling the guy to floor my truck and the guy driving the truck kept hitting the panic button and told me I had an issue with my alarm system never take your vehicle here

Horrible service
I usually have a good experience here but this last time was not. They didn’t have the oil for my car but they had taken the top engine cover off and pulled the dip stick and took the bottom skid plate off. After realizing they did have the oil, the guy under the car put the skid plate on and one of the techs just threw my engine cover on top of the engine without securing it.
