The service technician kyra was nice and quickly took care of my car needs and she gave good advice..it was clean & smelled good inside this location but I was not happy all the complimentary services they claim to give wasn't done like my car was not vacuumed so I was suspect if the other services was really done in 11mns. I've used jiffy lubes before over the yrs. Usually like a 20/25 minute wait and no complaints this was my 1st time at this location I will not go back here but the price of the oil change was reasonable..... read more
Price for my oil change was good I was there literally 8-10minutes...there was 3employees i believe 2 worked on my car... I hope they did the oil change correctly and the rest of the extra complimentary services they claim to provided because my car was not vacuumed so now im weary about if the other services was really done!![I was in the lobby] which was clean & smelled good Kyra checked me out & gave helpful information..I have photos I will attach if able..
