While I was waiting the manager asked me about my windshield wipers, etc. I said the wipers were fine, and that I was mainly concerned about tire pressure. (Dashboard indicated low pressure) He said they check the pressure as a standard matter. I know that to be part of the standard service. Evidently they didn't even check the tire pressure. A technician convinced me I needed a break flush but they left the bleeder valve open causing the brakes. Of course I didn't find out until I was on the highway and the fluid leaked out until my brakes completely failed. I usually take southern state home but that day I decided to take the much less crowded ocean parkway. If I had stayed on my original route I might not be here to type this. Their mistake could have easily killed me or someone else. I would never use anything from that company again.
