I have had really poor experiences with Jiffy Lube in the past, but we were in the neighborhood and hoping to get an oil change on the way. We took our 2015 Dodge Caravan into this center for its 10,000 mile oil change. We were told the cost would be $110. Their reasoning is that the "new vans need synthetic oil, which costs a lot more". This was beyond ridiculous, so we walked out. They tried to "discount" it to $85. Nope. I called the Dodge dealership, and they told me that this is COMPLETELY FALSE.
