I’ve been coming to the Jiffy Lube on Date Palm Drive in Cathedral City for a while now, and it’s definitely worth the drive from Palm Desert. While the Palm Desert location is great for quick oil changes, this Cathedral City shop goes above and beyond with more extensive services. Adrianna and Rafael are consistently helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. Rafael, in particular, clearly has years of experience with the company, and it shows in the quality of his work. Edit 2: Corporate told me that the district manager was supposed to contact me about the situation, he never did and it's been about a month now. I guess he is willing to sweep things under the rug if his favorite employees have a complaint filed against them. I feel bad for the store manager and the other employees that have to put up with middle school behavior from those two because I'm confident they act this way towards their coworkers if they are brazen enough to act that way to customers.
