I've used Jiffy Lube in many different places over the years and I've heard their guarantee and free top-offs, but today was my first experience asking them to' "make good.". They were extremely busy and so some wait would have been no surprise. The technician said they would take care of me right away. He opened the hood and listened to me describe the issue... Upon checking the dipstick (not me, but the one in the crankcase), heavens to Betsy, she was 3.5 quarts low. Oil added promptly and efficiently and I was on my way. ... read more
Friendly and to the point
These guys were so patient in explaining things for me even though it was almost closing time. They put my car in great shape! Frank the shop leader was so sweet!
