The lady working here tried to convince me my serpentine belt was about to break and urgently needed to be replaced. I knew I had just gotten a new one approximately a year ago, and so I took it to the place that fixed it for me last time to get their opinion. They assured me that it was in fine condition and only had 11,000 miles of usage, and they're typically good for 4-5 years. I Keep coming back to this one, love the service n friendly staff.
Absolutely DO NOT GO HERE! Took out oil from the car and didn't replace it!! Blew the engine's turbo because of it. You CAN'T make this stuff up. My fiance took his car in yesterday right after having an emissions test completed. Jiffy Lube takes his car back, starts the process and then the guy at the front desk says, "Oh, yeah, that's going to be $69." Basic oil changes do not cost $69. So the fiance said he wanted his car back. So they did just that but after having already starting the process... they never replaced oil ... read more
