The lady working here tried to convince me my serpentine belt was about to break and urgently needed to be replaced. I knew I had just gotten a new one approximately a year ago, and so I took it to the place that fixed it for me last time to get their opinion. They assured me that it was in fine condition and only had 11,000 miles of usage, and they're typically good for 4-5 years.
